描述： As a general manager at IKONA Bookstores under general supervision, I provide operational and administrative supervision of a branch student bookstore operation and ancillary retail services. I oversee and coordinate inventory control, sales and returns, vendor relations, cash managing, and related reporting. I supervise regular and/or temporary customer service/stock management. On the other hand with the position as a general manager in IKONA publishing house I am managing the production of key publications and oversees manuscripts from submission to publication. With this role I am managing publication fulfillment operations including new titles, prints, reprints and permissions.
